Terms of Wholesale

By signing up to become Wellmax International Inc. 's wholesaler via you agree with the following terms and conditions.

Minimums: An opening order of $200 is required with new accounts. All reorders are $100 minimum. .

Payment: All orders must be prepaid by credit card, wire transfer, money order or company check. Returned checks will be charged a $50 administration fee. The amount due will be charged to your credit card if payment is not received in a timely manner. In the event that the account becomes uncollectable late fees will be assessed.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled ship date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB Paramount California. All shipping charges are billed to the customer.

Returns: Please check merchandise upon receipt. No cash refunds. All returns must have prior authorization. Request for exchanges must be made by phone within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be in original condition, include invoice number and be properly packaged and shipped insured. Any goods damaged in transit are your responsibility. Returns of any kind must be shipped prepaid to Wellmax International Inc. We will not accept freight collect shipments, or pay incoming freight on returns.
